Applicant tenants are given a grading and affirmative ‘pass’ or otherwise – along with potential to improve, and how. This offers transparency to all parties and is a fair factual process. Moreover the process is swift and headache-free.
Deposits are held in the secure and independent TDS Custodial Scheme and in line with regulations client monies are held in a separate client monies account and pot.

MBI will seek a minimum of 2 quotes for non-emergency work, and on contracts over £3,000 in value there will be 3 quotes. All will be available for inspection for our clients. MBI do not charge any fees on top of contractor charges and costs. Transparency and trust is key.
